Mind, Body & Spirit Focus on Crystal Symphony

Crystal Cruises have now anounced a Mind, Body & Spirit focus on its 27^th March Asia cruise aboard Crystal Symphony – featuring experts in yoga, pilates and stress management. The cruise departs from Hong Kong on a fifteeen-day trip to Japan and China – also with a  twelve day option, which does not inlcude the three-night post-cruise land programme.  

"Asia is a natural setting for a wellness-related theme, since the connection between mind, body and spirit is so integral to the history and culture," says John Stoll, director land programmes. "Additionally, the onboard programming offers guests the chance to learn about physical health and general wellness from top experts."

Cruisers can also enjoy the cruise ship’s Feng Shui-inspired spa and fitness centre, 360-degree promenade deck for walking or jogging and the new Tour de Spin indoor cyclying classes.
