How this score is createdThere are four restaurants:
The Dining Room (the most formal) has 338 seats, a raised central section, and is located in the aft section of the ship. It has large ocean-view windows on three sides, several prime tables overlooking the stern, and a small bandstand for occasional live dinner music. The menu changes daily for lunch and dinner, and male passengers are asked to wear jacket and tie for dinner. However, the noise level in this main dining room can be high, due to its single-deck-height ceiling.
The Swan Restaurant has ocean-view windows along two sides, and the cuisine has a Mediterranean emphasis.
The Grill is the place for steak and other plain but tasty dishes, with ocean-view windows along two sides and a set menu (plus daily chef’s specials).
The Bridge Cafe has both indoor and outdoor seating, and is the ship’s casual dining spot, in a self-serve buffet style. It is open for breakfast, lunch and casual dinners (the dinner menu is the same as that in the formal Dining Room). The oversized cutlery is rather cumbersome, however.
All restaurants have open-seating dining, although reservations are usually necessary in the Swan Restaurant and The Grill, where there are mostly tables for four or six – there are few tables for two). In addition, there is a Poolside Grill and Bar for casual fast food.
