A small but well equipped health spa/fitness center, called The Spa at Seabourn, is located just aft of the navigation bridge. The spa complex provides sauna and steam rooms (with separate facilities for men and women) and integral changing room; and a separate exercise room with video tapes for private, individual aerobics workouts; and a beauty salon.

The Spa at Seabourn is staffed and operated by concession Elemis by Steiner. Treatment prices are equal to those in an expensive land-based spa (examples: Elemis Aroma Stone Therapy $178 for 75 mins, Facial $111). The beauty salon offers hair beautifying treatments and conditioning, while in the gymnasium, personal training sessions, yoga classes, mat Pilates and body composition analysis are available (at extra cost).
