If you get good service yes, tip the staff. If you don't get good service, complain. I would object strongly to 15% added to bar bills for service, but that's just me, others might think it's normal.

A very contentious issue at the moment i suggest that you use the select a topic button in the find a question box select tips gratuity's you will then have over 300 pages of answers
