Ring RCCL 0800 0182020 ask for customer service or ammenites. Have your booking ref and ask why you have not been informed. Ask for a refund and rebook at the lower charge. Hope it helps.

The best thing I can suggest to do regarding your question is for you to phone Royal Caribbean and speak to them as I am sure they will be able to answer all your points and hopefully rebook you on the original date with a refund I hope.

I have found the following on the RCL Web-site:
Q: What is the refund/cancellation policy for Mystery Dinner Theatre?
A: Guest Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least ten days prior to boarding will be refunded to the credit card used for payment. Cancellations made within ten days of boarding or after departure will be credited to your shipboard account. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a minimum of USD 10.00.
