Q: We are on the Aug 1st sailing. Some time ago I booked and paid for the Murder Mustery Dinner. The price has now decreased by almost £10pp, but the date we have booked for is no longer available.

Can I cancel and rebook?

If I cancel and re book, will I still get the original date?

Is this best done by phone or website? or onboard?

Do they just recredit my card with difference in cost?

Thanks

Ring RCCL 0800 0182020 ask for customer service or ammenites. Have your booking ref and ask why you have not been informed. Ask for a refund and rebook at the lower charge. Hope it helps.

The best thing I can suggest to do regarding your question is for you to phone Royal Caribbean and speak to them as I am sure they will be able to answer all your points and hopefully rebook you on the original date with a refund I hope. I do hope my answer is helpful to you.....Wendy.

Thank you. I have decided to hold on until nearer our sail date just in case the pound fluctuates more against the dollar!
