How this score is created
The Theatre Royal is a well designed room, located at the forward end of Promenade Deck. It has a sloping floor, and good sightlines from most seats, which are individually air-conditioned. There is a wide variety of mainly British entertainment, from production shows to top British “names” and lesser artists.
A second, smaller Pacific Lounge is a multi-function entertainment venue, for cabaret acts (including late-night comedy), and can also be used as a lecture room. However, pillars obstruct the stage view from a number of seats.
Ballroom dance fans will be pleased to make use of the four good-sized wooden dance floors. The ship always carries a professional dance couple as hosts and teachers.
