How this score is created

The Ocean Spa includes a gymnasium with great forward ocean views, 10 body-­pampering treatment rooms, a thermal suite that incorporates a hydrotherapy pool, sauna and steam room, for which there is an extra charge (£10 for two hours, in five timed sessions per day), and two very small multi-gender saunas at no charge, but in a location that discourages their use (the thermal suite is better), well away from the changing rooms. Additionally, The Retreat is a cool space for relation, and for calming classes like tai chi, and yoga (£5 per class).

The spa is operated by Harding Brothers, a UK-based concession. Sports facilities include a sports court for racquet or football games, a golf driving range, and, of course, the traditional shuffleboard and ring toss.
