Did you know that Low salt is not good for you either as the Kidney clinic says its too high in potassiam, its apparently worse than normal salt, it shocked me when they said it , Rock/.sea salt is a little better for you.

Low salt, low calorie and low sugar options are never standard on any ship, but normally optional.
