No spa treatments are included and it is worth waiting for the offers that will be made from time to time usually a port day .

Sorry i've never cruised before, You mean they will do offers when we at a port for a day...... So most people will be doing excursions so they do offers?

Yes your right they bring out offers all the time it depends on how the cash flow is going?they sometimes bring out spa packages which may be worth looking at, not all things you will be told are available such as Yoga ect do have a cost but this is not always made clear, stay clear of the detox Boots can do it cheaper, and P&O will provide free shuttles services to the town center in most places so you can do your own thing rather than pay for excursions sorry to ramble on have a great time. It really depends on the quality I have had many different treatments at various prices.
Hot stones for less then half the price but then not half as good. I have also paid more and not had the quality my wife dragged me in the spar kicking and screaming some years ago as I thought it wasn’t a man thing then I got the bug love it. You should try one (only on a cruise or you don’t know what extras will be offered LOL)

No, the various treatments seem pretty expensive on most (all?) ships in my opinion.
