Hi i do not know what they are like inside, but the balconies seemed rather small, and are overlooked by all above, we where on c deck looking down, these have the biggest balconies and ponly half overlooked, not trying to put you off, but P&O don't tell you that there overlooked by all. The Verntura is a nice ship though, Happy Cruising Brian

No I am afraid they do not fully recline, but the backs do adjust a little. They have changed the chairs from last year but not will full recliners, well not on D Deck anyway, but they do have foot rests as well so you can put your feet up! Debbie

We were in Cabin D323 starboard side, many people say they don't like these balcony cabins (very spacious with full bath and shower!) because they jut out and are overlooked by the decks above, but my friend and I have just spent 2 glorious weeks in the sunshine and found we did not have to try and find a sunbed on the top decks as we were bathed in sun on our balcony. I presume you will be in the Carribbean in December so I hope you will have plenty of sunshine then, and will enjoy these balcony cabins as much as we did, and yes some people did look over, but they were not intrusive, and I am sure they had better things to do than look at 2 middle aged ladies! We will definately book this level again, and if you have Robert as your steward then you will truly have been blessed! Enjoy....Debbie

Thank you very much for this information. My sister and I have a cabin on the portside in August and its really good to know about the balcony. We will no doubt be making good use of it. Thanks again. Jenny
