As long as you are going straight to form airport to ship or visa versa you can book the Oceania Cruises transfer through the travel agent that booked your cruise.

If you bought a flight/cruise package then the answer should be yes, if you booked your own flight then you will probably have to do it yourself unless the flight you arrive on is one of the flights that the cruise company are using and then you might be able to purchase a transfer from them. Returning from the ship to the airport, you will be able to purchase a transfer on board before you disembark
