Decoration where going up when we left at the end of November last year, Chrismas trees etc where on the quey side when we docked (in large boxes) and by the time we left for the airport most of the decoration where up. With regards to food look at OV reviews for Christmas last year, but if you want to go at that time, I think you will have to book soon

Cruise Ships are usually decorated for Xmas from 15th Dec, but you may be lucky to find they have done this early. Not sure on O/V seatings for dinner in the evenings.
