We have done a couple of cruises on P and O and had a balcony cabin that includes a sofa bed in the room and there is also a curtain to pull across to give some privacy. If you had a balcony it does feel more spacious and gives you somewhere to escape to! If you are not set on NCL then check out the other cruise lines..Carol

The balcony cabins are fine for 2, but the 3rd will be on the sofa bed which will block access to the balcony at night. If you do go that way, ask the steward for an "egg box" covering, as the sofa bed isn't always as comfortable-that is a mattress cover which is on all the other beds. Single occupancy will cost a lot! Ring here, and check the prices for the bigger cabins-Jo.

Oh I just noticed you are doing a 21 day cruise - perhaps an inside is not such a good idea!!

I know it would not suit everyone but I have just had a fabulous time with my 3 friends - we shared an inside cabin on Voyager of the Seas and had great fun scaling the bunk beds! If you are on a limited budget it is a fab way of getting a great deal - you really don't need to be in your cabin much if you do not want to be - there is so much to do! Have a great time. Julie

Came home yesterday from Arcadia. We three ladies were in a three bedded huge cabin. The third bed was an extended sofa bed and in a good position for dining and activities. This is a company you do not mention but P and O are good.Dorothy Hettle.

Did you dine Roman style on the sofa bed? The activity’s we will not mention on this site!

You may be 81 but you still have a good sense of humour.

Three people in Jades standard cabin can be a little tight, but the third person often goes cheaply. However, some cabins are larger than others. Talk to a TA or NCL directly.
