Hebridean Spirit

In 2000, Hebridean Island Cruises bought the MegaStar Capricorn from Star Cruises, Asia’s largest cruise line, and renamed her Hebridean Spirit. She was given a $4.7 million renovation and redesigned to accommodate 96 guests (down from 114) in a style similar to the Hebridean Princess. The crew of 72 includes seven chefs! Even her superstructure has been “aged” to give the ship the style and outline of ships from the golden era of cruising.
