Hope you can speak Italian and can stampede with the rest of them. haha Costa Victoria though is a lovely ship as my Sister sails on her a lot and the above is what she said of her last cruise last year at this time. The itinery is wonderful and you should enjoy it.

Do you mean, 'Should we pay for a water taxi from Marco Polo airport to the cruise terminal?' - if so, it's very expensive, though a splendid experience. On the other hand, are your transfers included in the price you've paid? If so, they'll transfer you by coach, not water taxi.
