Good luck with the crossing. You are more likely to have a smooth crossing than not. However, I find Stugeron tablets work for me and ginger has been proved to be very effective too. You can buy ginger tablets from the health food shop or just nibble on crystalised ginger. Judith

Just to add to Malcolm's good suggestions, you are at least crossing in the south part of the Atlantic and it cna be generally much better than doing a southampton to New York, so a prayer for reasonably good weather nd you will be fine...Bill

No one can. She should get some motion sickness tablets (from Bootsetc.) and if she is very ill, visit the ships Doctor for the 'Magic' injection. There is a charge, but it often works very well.
