How this score is createdThe Amber Palace Showlounge (named after Russia’s great Amber Room, a gift by Frederick the Great in 1715) is a multi-deck showroom seating up to 1,400, and serves as the principal entertainment venue for large-scale entertainment, including Las-Vegas-style production shows and major cabaret acts. It has a revolving stage, hydraulic orchestra pit, superb sound, and seating on three levels (the upper levels being tiered through two decks). There is a proscenium over the stage that acts as a scenery loft.
For those who enjoy the body-throbbing sensations of loud music, the White Heat Dance Club is the ship’s discotheque, with its “Liberace-like” tall candelabra, and a video wall with projections live from the dance floor. Jazz lovers should enjoy the Bar Blue, while those whoe enjoy the sounds of the piano can do so in the Cinn-A-Bar, with its curved aluminum walls
