Sample activities:
For the younger ones – Talent shows, face painting, pirate day, arts and crafts, dance competitions.
For the teens – Circus workshops, karaoke, vocal workshops, water volleyball, late night munchies, pool parties – they even have the option of going ashore without the parents on ‘great escapes’ (a cost applies).
After hours:
5-8 year olds can enjoy the Basecamp for free until 11pm and over 9’s can party til midnight for free in The Hideout. For 6 months – 2 years there’s the night nursery which is free until midnight and then just £3 per hour for the first child and £2 per hour for the second child after midnight.
Family cabins:
Cabins come pretty much in a shape and size to suit all sots of families, so whether you want to share a low cost family cabin with 3 or 4 berths or a 3 or 4 berth deluxe suit with netted balcony or choose adjacent cabins for teend and yourselves the choice is yours.
Children's meals:
With 24/7 dining on board children can eat whenever it suits them, although the children’s tea at around 5.15pm everyday is very popular.
Shore excursions:
During peak season the teens ‘Great Escapes’ programme is very popular and is great for teens who want to explore ashore without the parents. The programme features a number of activities including the Nou Camp in Barclelona plus a hike up Mount Vesuvius from Naples and a visit to the Hard Rock Cafe in Athens. There are also a number of great trips ashore for the whole family including beach days, mountain biking, water parks and aquariums.
