first time on a transatlantic crossing!
I sailed for the first time with Cunard this year and I can truly say that it was a fantastic experience. My travel companian had been several times with them so they came highly recommended and she was not wrong! We flew to New York for three nights which is just the best city. Plenty of shopping and sightseeing and the weather was glorious.

Arrived at the terminal 11.40 bags out of car valet parking ready to drive away.Sat down for a light lunch at 12.20. The best embarkation time we have ever had at any port.In cabin at 1.15 bags already waiting certainly P&O seam to handle baggage better...

We have travelled on all the Cunard ships since the 1950s...the QM2 is absolutely the best...as I' ve told anyone who will listen, the QM2 is "so very fine".....not just glitzy and huge like other lines we've travelled on.....
