We took this cruise to
celebrate our Diamond
Wedding. What a
fantastic time we had,

senior staff when he

card from the Queen and
he had arranged for lots

journey to to Southampton
having flown out to San
Francisco and crossing
America by train to New
York, with 3 nights in
SF, train and NY. We have
travelled some years
before on the QE2 and
mostly on P&O who we
compared QM2 with as...
We have just returned
from a 17 day cruise to
the Adriatic on the Grand
Princess. It was the
first time we had been on
since the refit &
were looking forward to
seeing the changes &
to visiting some
interesting ports...
Serenade of the Seas
Barcelona - Kusadasi
First time for Serenade
in the Med. Excellent
cruise, Staff very good
and helpful. Excursions
still quite expensive but
very good. RCL really
could look at the price
of drinks, we did meet a
lot of Americans...
Well, this was our first
cruise & our
Honeymoon too - what a
perfect way to start
married life!.
I know this rambles on a
bit and isn't in any

Started off with a flight
from Heathrow to
Barcelona there are
several a day –
when I got to Barcelona
– which has been
several years I was in a
new airport terminal much
larger with lots of
corridors and signs but
once you step through
customs...
Just returned from 5
nights on Queen Elizabeth
... The public areas of
the ship are beautiful
and well maintained . We
stayed in a balcony cabin
on deck 7 I though was on
the small side but plenty
of storage and comfy beds
, though if you are a 6ft
plus man...
have just got home from
the spring getaway cruise
cunard did not let us
down this was not the
first time we have been
on the Queen Elizabeth,
so it was nice to have a
good idia where all the
venues were.
The weather could have
been better over the
weekend...
Back off the thomson
celebration on the 26th
april had a brilliant
time went to the red
sea,just the tours very
tiring,ths food,staff and
the entertainment was
fantastic,the comedian
was welsh taffy is
name,he was superb...
