Disney Heros Versus Villians (Drama at sea)

For over 100 years Disney have inspired fairy tales for billions of children. Stories where the Villians do their best to be bad and the Heros save the day, and this week the Disney Fantasy was embroiled in a very real good versus bad situation. So in true story book fashion let me start at the beginning.

ONCE UPON A TIME………… On the coast just outside Cuba during its most recent sailing the crew on board the Disney fantasy were alerted to a small boat which had capsized in the sea with 3 helpless strangers holding on for dear life whilst being battered by the angry waves.

Springing to action the captain sent life boats out to bring them safety, once on board the 3 men were quickly given medical help and as per maritime procedure the captain let the US Coast Guard know of their find.

It was at this point that the captain found out his 3 unlucky passengers were Luis Rivera-Garcia, Juliet Estrada-Perez and Enrique Gonzalez-Torres federal fugitives wanted in New Orleans on charges of credit card fraud and had been on the run from the authorities before being found by the Disney Fantasy.

On arrival to the new port of call they were handed back to local UA Marshalls……….

AND THEY ALL (Kinda) LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER facing their charges and now ready to serve their sentence with the additional charges now added for avoiding prosecution  .

This is how I like to think the celebration looked after Captain Mickey handed over the baddies 😉
