The Great American Eclipse…

Looking to add something to your bucket list? Well Royal Caribbean might just have the answer with it’s total Eclipse Cruise! The 7 night sailing will depart from Port Canaveral on the 20th August 2017 on Oasis of the seas and will give passengers the opportunity to witness the Great American Eclipse on the 21st August 2017 in the Caribbean, visiting St Maarten, St Thomas and the Bahamas.

This Eclipse will be the first visible from the United States since 1991, an Eclipse that could only be seen from parts of Hawaii, The last total Eclipse to pass through the entire U.S  was in 1918 so this is going to be something special and not one to be missed.

During the adventure to the idyllic islands in the Caribbean, guests on board the Oasis of the seas will be treated to a full range of eclipse-themed activities, including;

  • Interactive science fun for the kids

There will be seven other Royal Caribbean ships in the Caribbean at that time, including Allure of the seas, Anthem of the seas, Empress of the seas, Enchantment of the seas, Grandeur of the seas, Harmony of the seas and also Majesty of the seas,  offering sailings from 3-9 nights which will take in extraordinary partial view of the total Solar Eclipse, not to be missed!
