Juneau Alaska?

I got really excited for Cunard customers when i read that they will be returning to Alaska after an absence of 20 years. I’m sure Cunard customers may have been getting a bit bored and keen to find new itineraries which they may have had to look for elsewhere.

The Queen Elizabeth is due to leave Yokohama, Japan on the 05.05.19 where she will make her way to Vancouver. She will remain here throughout June offering 4 ten night round trip sailings. To top it off these itineraries can be extended to include a 2 day Gold Leaf Rocky Mountaineer Journey!! I would love to do the Rocky Mountaineer i have heard it’s really spectacular, and the knowledge of the staff is excellent they keep you well up to speed as you pass through the amazing sites. Here is link for the Rocky Mountaineer experience click here.

Once the Queen Elizabeth has finished these 4 round trips to Vancouver she will then make her way down the West Coast of the United States, through the Panama Canal to New York. It’s then from here she will make her way onto Iceland and finish back in the UK for August 2019.

On these itineraries you can expect to enjoy scenic cruising of the famous Inside Passage. Complete with full days in many of Alaska’s Ports so you can really soak up the history and culture.

As the Queen Elizabeth finishes off in Vancouver you can join her in her journey back to the UK on a fantastic 49 night sailing. Includes 4th July in Los Angeles. If you can’t quite make the full 49 nights then maybe try her shorter segments such as Vancouver to New York for 29 nights, Vancouver to Los Angeles for 20 nights or Vancouver to San Francisco for 18 nights.
