Calling all Small Ship Lovers.

Cast your mind back to 2015. and the sad news when P & O told us that the much loved 710 passenger adult only ship ADONIA was leaving their fleet.
Lots of the small ship lovers were devastated as so many huge new ships were coming onto the market leaving a vast hole for the smaller more intimate ships.

We were told she was joining Fathom Cruises a line that enables guests to do something good to help out poorer countries. So Volunteers through tourism can help locals learn English and build water filter systems in Countries such as the Dominican Republic.

Carnival Group have now announced that after an upgrade, with the addition of a new restaurant (Olly Smith’s The Glass House), an outdoor cinema, refreshed furnishing including lighter and brighter fabrics for the cabins she will be returning from June 2017.

The new itineraries go on sale on the 7th December 2017 and will include European and Caribbean sailings. The first one being a 7 night Western Europe on the 16th June 2017 with 3 ports of call and 2 sea days. Bordeaux, Guernsey and Honfleur.

A 14 day Iceland with feature as a Captain’s Choice with 7 ports and 6 sea days.

There will also be 7 night British Isles, Atlantic Coast Iberia 7 and 14 nights, 12 night Canaries, a Transatlantic followed by 14 and 28 night Eastern Caribbean.

I for one are please to see her return, it will be lovely to see her again.
