Countdown Is On !

Oh Wow now I am getting really excited, it is not long to go now before I’m  jetting off to Perth In Australia. I will be flying out from Manchester on Thursday 01st March with Etihad Airways. My flight will be early doors, arriving in Perth on the 02nd March, so as you can imagine I will be a very tired little bunny when I arrive after such a long flight.

In preparation I have my neck pillow all sorted and lots of books and things to keep me busy on my long flight, goodness I can’t remember the last time I did such a long flight but it will be well worth it and I will be that excited I won’t even notice the time fly by.

Not only that I was speaking to one of my really good customers the other day and guess what her partner has very good connections with Etihad and she is going to see if they can look after me with it being a very long flight, fingers crossed hey. It’s not what you know it is who you know that helps in this business.

From then I have no idea what Itinerary I am doing just yet, I am still waiting on Travel2 for the finalised Itinerary, as soon as I know I will make sure I will share it all with you.

In the meantime, goodness I have kept myself busy buying all sorts, bikinis, shorts, dresses, sun hat, sun cream and a new massive suitcase, pink of cause haha, only if I lose it will be easier to identify, I better not jinx myself.

In my spare time, which you can imagine at the minute I don’t have much, I have also been researching Perth and places to go and obviously their weather.

Perth City is situated between the Darling Ranges and the Indian Ocean, and along the banks of the Swan River. The Swan River winds its way through the busy city to the Port of Fremantle, which has many restaurants, and recreational areas along its banks. The river provides an ideal opportunity for many different water sports such as sailing, water skiing, wind surfing to name a few.

The city center is quite small, compared to other cities in Australia such as Sydney or Melbourne.

Perth summers are generally hot and dry, lasting from December to March, so happy days I am travelling at the right time.

Perth has an average of 8 hours per day thank goodness my bikinis are going to get a good airing this year !

Stay tuned for my updates !
