I’ve been a Cruise Consultant for a number of years now and I can honestly say that it is just the best job ever. No two days are the same. I have got to know some fantastic people through the course of my job, both in the industry and clients, and the job itself has opened up so many doors to me.
I have had some fabulous experiences, been to some lovely places and sailed on some of the worlds greatest ships. I’ve even overcome my fear of flying!
All in all it is a challenging but extremely rewarding industry to work in.
Outside work I am a single Mom with a twenty seven year old daughter , two boys aged 24 and 22 and a small Jack Russell, who is more trouble than the three kids put together!
In November 2010 I was able to take the kids on their first ever cruise. We spent eight nights on the Fred Olsen Balmoral touring the Christmas Markets around Northern Europe, and what a fabulous time we had.
Personally, my favourite kind of cruise is a river cruise and this is something I specialize in. I’m the girl for your river enquiries! It is something I am passionate about. Top of my Bucket List is the Mekong, I have still to tick it off.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed writing this blog and I hope you find it helpful and enjoy reading it. I’m always open to new suggestions and love to get comments so feel free please to comment or make suggestions whenever you like.
