What Value Do You Put On Customer Service?

What value would you put on my customer service – £30? more? less? nothing?

I’m not talking about gratuities/tips/service charges.  I’m talking about what makes us stand out from our competitors?  What makes you put your faith and trust in us, rather than one of the many other companies out there selling cruises?  What is it that brings you back time upon time again?

The reason I ask is.  When you receive a quotation from one of our competitors, and its cheaper than ours.  When you have booked with that competitor before and was left very unhappy with the service you received from them. (and tell us about it!!)  Why do you ask us to undercut them to save you a few pounds?

What do you look for when you are thinking of booking a cruise?  The lowest price? We price our cruises very competitively but we are not always the cheapest.  Would you prefer to pay a little more for your cruise knowing that you can expect to receive a high level of service from start to finish?

We have been in business for over 30 years and over that time have built up a formidable reputation for providing extremely high and consistent customer service,  which we are rightly, very proud of.  We also have a high percentage of return clients .  So you know that we have solid foundations, years of experience, and a sound knowledge of the cruise industry.
