Time for a well deserved break

Its that time again, thankfully! I am off for a holiday to one of my favorite place sin the canary islands, Costa Teguise in Lanzarote. I would say im looking forward to relaxing but with a 2 year old in tow there wont be much of that to look forward to!

Costa Teguise is a great little resort, not far form the airport, plenty of shops and restaurants but with low key evening entertainment, perfect for a quiet holiday. there are plenty of really lovely restaurants int he area so self catering is a must , if you were all inclusive you would be missing out!

We are staying at a complex right on the beachfront which even has its own private beach, great for a toddler to splash around in and very safe, with the Canary Islands being in the Atlantic the seas can often be very choppy!

You can often see the cruise liners sailing by as they dock in nearby Arrecife. I haven’t been fortunate to cruise into Lanzarote only have land based holidays , this will be my 6th time to the island. The only Island I have cruised into is Tenerife, so i think a full Canary Islands itinerary should definitely be on my ‘to do’ list!
