Smart Package, Tailor Made and Bucket List – what they all mean

Last week, before or just after the Easter break, if you are signed up for our mailing you may have received our newest Bucket List Brochure. Or you may receive on a regular basis our special offers for tailor made or smart package holidays. Some of you are very familiar with how these work and some of you may not be, so I am here to explain.

Here at cruise.co.uk we pride ourselves on offering some of the most unique cruise and stay holiday experiences that we can put together. This has become known as our Bucket Lists. Click here for more info – Bucket List Brochure

These once in a lifetime experience holidays have been carefully put together by a team of experts that we have in our head office in Redditch. From Exploring Macchu Picchu to seeing Snow Monkeys in Japan, Riding an Elephant in India (check) to swimming at the Great Barrier Reef (check again), travelling through the breathtaking Canadian Rockies to Partying at the Rio Carnival, these are experiences that you may only get to do once and may or may not be on your bucket list.

The Bucket List brochure gives you a variety of dates and experiences, with expert guides to make the most of your special trip. With a full packed itinerary to make every penny count, these are the ultimate experiences that we offer. We only use the most recommended and reputable tour guides too. With big named experts such as Wendy Wu and Go West, these tours have been specifically put together for the exclusive clientele of cruise.co.uk and cannot be found with any other cruise agent.

Then we have our Tailor Made selection – Tailor Made Selection

Now apart from maybe the UK departures (dependent on the sailing) we can tailor make a cruise holiday around you. We have a great selection of fantastic offers that again, our team in Redditch but also ideas from ourselves, the cruise consultants,  have put together for you to enjoy.  These types of packages normally can be adjusted more easily than a Bucket List Package as only a small percentage will include guided tours. We do normally include some tours but they are not set in stone and can be changed to suit your needs, as can the flights, hotels and number of nights. We can add extra nights, add extra locations, it really is up to you.

If we do not have a package for a specific sailing already in place, then that is fine, because we are all specialists in putting packages together and we will tailor make a holiday to your exact specifications.

Then we have our Smart Package options, you will see these listed on our website under most sailings from the normal cruise search page. Our team in Redditch have looked at the itineraries available and looked how best to enhance your cruise, sometimes by just a few pounds more or less in some cases, by adding a night or two pre cruise.

Most cruise companies will just offer a standard fly and cruise and the odd cruise line will offer the chance to add a pre or post stay hotel, but this can be really expensive to arrange via the cruise line.

We work with some of the best hotel agents in Europe and along with our package rates that majority of the cruise lines offer, we can save you a small fortune by opting for our smart package over a cruise lines offer. It also gives you the flexibility to opt for more reasonable flight times or even direct flights, if flights are restricted in your area.

So if you have seen a Bucket List, Tailor Made or even a Smart Package offer that you are interested in or if there is a cruise you like and want to make your own package around that, give me a call on 0330 303 8155.

Apart from the cruise sail date, everything else can be made to fit around you!
