Royal Princess here I come ………………

I got great news two weeks ago that I was going to be going on a mini cruise with Princess Cruises on the Royal Princess tomorrow for 3 nights. I am uber excited as I have never been on a Princess cruise – not even for a days ship visit.

I cannot wait to get on board, even if it means me having a very early 3 am bus journey to start off my trains, planes and automobile journey. Hopefully I wont be sleeping in my cocktails come lunch time 🙂

Some may think the itinerary below is a bit of a Bus man’s holiday for me as it stops at two Irish ports but I am actually really delighted to be going to Guernsey and Cobh (pronounced Cove) in Cork as it is a 6 hour straight drive from Derry to there so a great opportunity to visit.

London (Southampton), England 01MAY18 TUE DEPART 5:00PM
PIER: OCEAN TERMINAL #46/47             CHECK IN STARTS AT 0100P
Guernsey (St. Peter Port), England 02MAY18 WED ARRIVE 6:00AM DEPART 5:00PM
Tender Required        WHEELCHAIR ACCESS LIMITED
Cork, Ireland (Cobh – For Blarney C 03MAY18 THU ARRIVE 9:00AM DEPART 7:00PM
Dublin, Ireland 04MAY18 FRI ARRIVE 2:30PM

Cobh is also the last port that the world famous Titanic ship visited before its fateful journey across the Atlantic and it has a fantastic heritage centre there decided to its shipping history.

If learning more about the Titanic is not for you then it is also a great port to visit to connect with the Blarney Stone – for those who would love the gift of the gab!!

Follow me on my journey through my Facebook page below and please let me know if there is anything you would like me to find out for you in the ports or on the ship as I would be happy to answer any questions you will have.
