Forget the Mile-High club!!

The mile-high club has been synonymous with rock stars, honeymooners and celebrities for decades but now there is a new club in town that everyone wants to join and its called  the mile-low club!

A luxury travel company launched a fleet of submarines known as “Lovers Deep” in February this year just in time for Valentines Day and bookings have gone through the roof or should I say under the water.

The bespoke submarines will travel to a depth of 200m and couples can choose to harbour wherever they like but there is a hefty price to pay.

Prices start fora basic vessel at £175,ooo  per couple per night and for an additional cost you can add flights, helicopter transfers, entertaining rooms, champagne breakfast and even an aphrodisiac menu featuring champagne and oysters.

As much as I love the decadence of this idea I think that £87,500 per person per night is out of most budget ranges and I am afraid if I was paying that I would want them to include a few extras.

I think I will stick to Ocean Cruising and save the underwater activities for another time.
