So we recently heard the feedback from customers on-board the Harmony of the seas sailing on 14/05/16 and it wasn’t what to be expected! Although there were some issues on-board with the finishing touches being completed by the sail date such as the some of the pools and entertainment and some areas on-board being closed the feedback has generally been good considering the issues being raised.

Bearing in mind Royal Caribbean advanced the sail date from 22/05/16 to 14/05/16 most passengers and also some staff felt that Royal Caribbean may have rushed this idea to sail early not giving passengers the ultimate experience that Royal Caribbean would normally offer. And although I had a few repeat customers on-board who said that some of the issues were minimal and was just to get a feel for the ship and what it has to offer.

They still feel that the Harmony of the seas is a great ship and once all the existing issues have been resolved most passengers will love this ship.
