Time For A Break

It seem ages since I had a holiday so now is the time ! Nothing too exotic just a few days in Norfolk with my friend and Rowan the dog, as this year is all about Rowan!

I am heading off to the little village of Thornham for lots of long seaside walks and good food. I just hope Rowan likes the beach as he loves walking in the  woods and chasing rabbits!

Thornham , a small village on the North Norfolk coast with less than 400 residents, is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty with lovely long coastal walks.

Close by is the town of Hunstanton where I am hoping to visit the Seal Sanctuary. Here there is a seal hospital and rescue centre along with penguins, otters and an amazing aquarium. You can adopt one of the seals or other creatures here for an annual fee of £ 45 which also gets you a cuddly toy and an adoption certificate!

Sounds like a good idea to – maybe a friend for Rowan! I shall  be heading off to Norfolk later today returning back to my desk at Cruise.co.uk on Monday 29th June.
