MSC Loyalty Match scheme a hit!!

MSC have launched a new incentive to attract new customers and reward existing clients with an offer of matching customers loyalty level with competitors. Rather that just stop at matching cruise line loyalty levels, they have gone as far as matching loyalty levels for hotel chains and tour operators too.

Clever move in my opinion, as I have many customers that specifically stick to a specific company as their loyalty levels are at the top level, so they love the perks they receive from their favored cruise line.

Here is what MSC are offering below;

All new clients in possession of a loyalty card from other leading travel reward programmes will be able to join the MSC Voyagers Club at a similar or higher level than their current status. They will also a receive a 5% discount on any booking.

If you are already in possession of a privilege card from a mainstream leisure travel programme, you will be able to join the MSC Voyagers Club, receiving a matching status card from either our Classic, Silver, Gold and Black tiers, guaranteeing you a 5% discount on any booking and a similar or higher benefit status*.
