P&O release 2019/2020 cruise programme…never a better time to book!

So it’s that time of year again when P&O release their cruise programme for Winter 2019 / 2020. Always a very busy time of year for the cruise industry with lots of customers choosing to book and take advantage of the launch booking offers. It’s a question I get asked all the time…”is booking early the right time to book”? It’s sometimes a difficult one to answer and it’s mostly dependent upon your own personal requirements. However at brochure launch time there are lots of very good reasons to book early! So if you are thinking of booking early and have not quite decided here are the reasons why you should….!

As a P&O past passenger you will receive a loyalty discount of 5%, so on a £2000 per person cruise that’s already a saving of £100 each. Booking with Cruise.co.uk you will also receive our launch discount on top of any P&O discounts.

If you choose to book one of the Peninsular Club cruises you will receive a further 5% discount, making your total discount 10%, so on your £2000 per person fare you will receive a discount £200 each.

You can secure your cruise on a low deposit, you can book your cruise for just as little as a 5% deposit, instead of the usual 15% giving you plenty of time to save.

You’ll get extras included like on board spending money, car parking or coach transfers on top of all the above savings. Book on an early saver or saver fare much later and you won’t get any of these added extras.

Booking early isn’t always just about what you can save on your cruise, it’s about having the best choice. You will get your first or perhaps second choice of cabin booking as the brochure launches. You will choose your perfect cruise rather than having to compromise with a ship or itinerary because the one you wanted doesn’t have the availability. You can also choose your dining time with no risk of having to settle with a time you aren’t keen on just to get on the shp.

This choice becomes even more important for those families travelling in school holiday time. You wouldn’t believe just how quickly these cruises fill, not only the cabins but the age range limits for children P&O set out for each sailing quickly fill for the most popular school holiday cruises. If you book as soon as the brochure is launched you will have your pick, leave it too late and you won’t get on the cruise you want. I can’t tell you the number of families I have spoken to recently looking to book their summer cruise for this year and them going away disappointed when there are no cabins to accommodate them and also the child age range for their children is full…. meaning this year they won’t be able to cruise with P&O. If you are going to be cruising during the school holidays with your family my advise would be to always book early!

So if this has helped with your decision on whether or not to book early and you have decided in fact Yes you will be making your 2019/2020 P&O booking, call me and I can give you your special launch quote and I can even pre- register your booking so it’ ready to book the second they go on sale.

Thanks for reading as always and Happy Booking…Abbi x
