I've been on 5 of their ships , none of which had a self service laundrette, I don't think any MSC ship does. Laundry is collected from your cabin and has a menu of charges, never used it myself so can't remember the costs ..... PETE

Thanks. The reason for my question relates to an incident on last year's cruise (not MSC) when the wife's expensive linen suit was boil-washed by the ship's laundry, rather than dry cleaned - totally ruining it. On investigation, we found that little distinction was being made between the different fabrics sent to the laundry. As you can imagine, given a choice, we would prefer to do our own, now.
