It depends on which ship you are thinking of going on. If it's an older ship then there could be a problem regarding access onto decks as there can be a very high step out of the doors. Although they put ramps either side this can still be a problem. How large is your scooter? Cabin access could be a problem if the door is at a 90 degree angle to the corridor. What voltage do you need for charging. Getting on and off the ship may be difficult at some ports due to the slope of the gangway. Modern larger ships are much better at catering for all of these points and, on these, there should be little or no problem for you (many people take them on board) but I suggest you check directly with the cruise company with regard to the specific ship before booking.
