Hi there! First of all congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I was married on the Sea Princess in mAy this year and it was absoltely wonderful so I am sure you will have an equally wonderful time! We got married at sea in the middle of the 1 week cruise. The ceremony is in the ship's library which they arrange so beautifully with flowers etc. You will be married by the captain I had my kids as witnesses but if you need witnesses, either the wedding coordinator or the ship's officers can be witnesses. When you board you will have a letter in your stateroom for an appointment with the wedding coordinator who arranges everything, everything went smoothly and it was a wonderful ceremony. I have a link to my wedding pics from the ship which you can click on and have a look if you like http://albums.phanfare.com/slideshow.aspx?u=4940283&a_id=2187554. I woul;d be happy to answer any questions you have.

I didnt have a problem on the ship with hairdresser, usually the wedding coordinator organises your hair appointment, just mention it to them- I had my hair and make up organised on the day before the wedding. Any more questions, just ask- Goood luck.

14 Years Old..Thinking about U...

By Ella Chapman

My head is spinning thinking about Universities for my 14 Year old son.Its far too early in my opinion to be thinking that far ahead. We are now currently having to choose his GCSE options, but he does have a very clear career path and knows that he wants to be a Sports Therapist. Some Universities do require a Modern Language at GCSE Level, which my son is not keen to do.However, my concern is that my son will not be attending University for 5 years, what if he changes his mind with what he...

Two Night Taster

By Dawn Gardener

Dawn Gardener's blog

Recently my parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, which happened to fall 2 days before Christmas. Up until a day before their anniversary I was stuck on what to get them. The only thing I knew that they would both really love is a cruise, as they are yet to experience a cruise and my mum has been wanting to do this for years. My dad is ex Royal Navy, so he was keen too, especially to see what sea would be like as a guest rather than working and also a bit more glamour than the sh...
