Yes. We renewed our vows on New Years Eve, 2007 on the Sea Princess. There is no wedding chapel on board and so the ceremony takes place in the Captains private lounge which will be adorned with flowers. The actual ceremony takes about 20 mins and is very personal and quite moving (at least we thought so). The Captain was lovely (Capt. Roger Bilton at the time) and graciously shared a bottle of champagne with us before allowing the use of his lounge for photographs. Any other questions, only too happy to help. Enjoy your cruise and your vow renewal.
I have been on board sea princess when others have renewed their vows. They all have described the experience as wonderful and well worth doing. Having seen their joy I now would do it myself having in the past felt it to be 'a bit knaff'. Have a wonderful time.
