There are very few hurricanes in November and the technology is such that captains get plenty of warning of storms and their path, so are able to avoid them. The worst you could expect would be a change of itinerary.

We went to the Caribbean last November. We had a lovely time, no hurricanes, but it was quite breezy and very wet in Columbia.

Officially the Atlantic Hurricane Season begins on June 1st and ends on November 30th, in practice there are very few hurricanes in November.
