If it helps the later in the cruising season you go the cheaper it is and the better the chance to get a cabin especially suited to disabled people. The weather is as good as at any time during the season. Both Canada and the USA are brilliant at caring for people with a disability and you should be nicely surprised at the facilities offered. Make sure that you airline knows you need a wheelchair and not only will there be one waiting for you at each terminal even as you exit the plane but you will be given a priority passage through immigration it...Nei.
