Neil & Ida Down - Answered a Question by John (30 Jan 09 14:46)

I have just checked this agent on Travel Agent Finder and they have scored two stars out of five. If choosing to book a cruise most of us would recommend that you deal with a Cruise Agent not a Jack of all Trades. I know that this is not much consolation and hindsight is always easy so I hope that you solve all the problems and that you have a great cruise. Again without wishing to sound tactless it does prove the value of this and other similar sites and doing as much research prior to a cruise as possible, anyway Good luck. .... Neil.

Hi Neil, I have been asked before but you don't see Cruise.co or as it was known Victoria Travel on this finder system we have been using them this past 10 years and a few have asked me but never found their rating to pass it on, recommend them only on past services ? ..... Bill.

Dear John we are having the same problem as you but ours is still ongoing we are still waiting for transfer vouchers and only one day to go and no they didn't give us any advice on our visas luckily we have got them. Would love to catch up with you on the cruise if this is the one you are on, If you email me i will give you my details as to how we can catch up.
