I have just gone into the gov. site but there is a charge of $46 . telling me to give them my credit card number? is this normal chris bowles.
Also some of websites that pop up if you do a google search for ESTA charge hefty sums. As you say, if you go to the officialsite its free.
Very interested to hear that they have the Cruise Lines in the list, but as I understand it this section on where you are staying etc is not compulsary for completion of the form.
I am not sure about your accomodation not being a compulsary field. For my part I gave'In Transit MV Aurora'.Which was accepted. There is a Esta Information Site available. If you have filled in a Green Visa waiver form on a Cruise you may recall this was the reccomended answer P&O gave.Hope this is of some help.
Further to my earlier comment re ESTA. You may find the following site of some help.
email@example.com.They also provide links to the Esta official site.
We filled these forms in on line at the end of January for our cruise on Solstice last week. When we got to the Boarder Control at Atlanta Airport we were told to fill in the manual green versions because the on line system still had bugs in it, so in some respects it was all a waste of time. We put down that we were staying at a hotel in Miami overnight and were in transit when we left the ship. Hope that is of some assistance.
Hi Mrs Bowles.Ref your Esta Application.Go to firstname.lastname@example.org .Scroll to the bottom of page and on RH side you will find a link to Esta applications.I used this last Feb and I was not charged for either my own application or my wifes . So unless things have changed it should be FOC. Have a great holiday.
