if ship docks in vancouver should be plently of time, from memory dock to airport about 40 minutes by taxi. i would think your real problem is what to do between 9.30 latest disembark and time need to be at airport. leaves you a morning to play with!!

Don't know who is giving you this duff information I have done this cruise, loads of time to spare, we docked at about the same time and even went on an excursion around vancouver and were then droped at the airport

Now, I'm lacking in direct experience or knowledge of this (never having done this cruise), but who is telling you that? If the ship docks at Vancouver, I'd have thought a flight leaving at 15.50 was achievable with reasonable leeway.
