Hi yes the 15% is added to the bar bill, and cannot give you the right answer for sea sickness,but if your state room is center ship your less likely to feel any movement than if your nearer the front or rear,and it would depend on the seas when your sailing we always take travel sick pill with us but only needed them twice in about 15 cruises so hope it helped?

Sorry but I think you need to look at the other posts and get in touch with your travel agent - Liberty is not doing the Baltic trip next summer as Carnival have withdrawn their 2009 European itinerary.
