On Ocean Village your sunbed/beach towels are in your room when you arrive and are blue. You can take them off the ship, so it saves on packing any beach towels. When you require them changing you place them in the bottom of the shower with your bath towels.

Yes these are up on deck. Once finished with you simply throw them in a large bin. They do not like you to take towels off the boat your bags are checkeed every time you leave and enter the boat.

On sea days when it is sunny there is a race to bag your sunbeds. After that it is rather difficult. The Captain does warn passengers that any sunbed left unoccupied for 30 mins will be cleared, but I saw little evidence that this was policed. When in port (most days) and most of the people are off the ship, there is no problem.

Yes they do provide towels and you can take them ashore. They are also very good at changing them as often as you wish.
