Thomson used to ask you not too, but would provide an ashtray if you had to. Thomson have just annouced that all their cruise ships will be no smoking in the can=bins as of this year, and if you have a balcony, no smoking there eithe.

I think that it is a deff NO for smoking in your cabin on any ship for the same reason that you cannot use irons. Fire is the worse thing that can happen at sea which is why there are these rules.

There has to be rules for other peoples sake, as a lot of smokers don't give a damn about who else they inflict their addiction on.

All thomson Cruises do not allow smoking in your cabin. Additionally all other parts of the ships are no smoking except outside deck areas. Prior to your cruise seek NHS help to give up.
