There's one bar to smoke in and outside designated deck areas and even you're cabin.
The smoking rules seem to change every two minutes on all cruise lines. Suggest you contact your agen.
When we cruised at the beginning of the year there was 'designated smoking area' in The Golden Lion pub and the Compass Bar. Also in churchills cigar lounge and a small part of the Commodore Bar plus your cabins (I think) we had a balcony so I smoked out there. Also one side of the dek. However, have just returned from Queen Victoria cruise where it was totally different. Hopefully QM will still be the same as we have booked her for august! I spoke to our travel agent but the trouble is everyone keeps changing their smoking policies! good luck .
