Carnival have Cat1A inside cabins and charge 1.5 times the per person double rate. It may still 50% more than you are willing to pay but better than what most offer!

I believe Fred. Olsen have a cabin-sharing arrangement.

Holland America Cruises has a room mate matching service. If they are unable to find someone to share with you then they will not charge you a single supplement. Depends on how you feel about sharing a room with someone...

Only the fourthcoming 'Norwegian Epic' has single cabins without a single supplement.
