Bedford - Answered a Question by Arnold (28 Feb 09 19:21)

My husband used the gym every evening, whilst i use the sauna's and steam rooms. he did have to have a quick induction by one of the fitness staff, but this was over in about 10 mins, he just made sure that he knew how to use each part of the equipment, the gym did not carry a fee, however the sauna's and steam rooms etc were about £37 per couple.
